CUBA PRECINCT Masterplan

The Cuba Precinct represents one of the largest development sites in Wellington, encompassing the entire block north from 106 Cuba Street to Dixon Street, and west to Victoria Street. The first phase of the development delivered Whitireia WelTec’s state-of-the-art Te Auaha performing arts campus and 800sqm of premium ground-floor retail space.

100 Cuba Street forms the second phase of the development, which is now complete and has delivered over 6,000sqm of office space, now occupied by Greater Wellington Regional Council, and over 1,000sqm of premium retail space, currently occupied by Glassons, Spark, Dr Martens and Ben & Jerry’s.

The next phase of the project involves the Victoria Street side of the site, to the west of 100 Cuba Street. Now under construction, it will deliver the base-isolated Victoria Lane Apartments building, which houses Victoria Lane Office Campus on levels 1-3 of the building and 123 apartments on levels 4-16.

The final apartments are now available for purchase at the on-site show suite, which is open for viewings by appointment, and expressions of interest are being sought for the office space, which can be leased together, separately, or sub-divided.
